Shipping policy

Please allow 1 - 3 days delivery time by Royal Mail. Should items not be received, we do need to allow the Royal Mail timescale before we can send a replacement or open a claim.

If you require your items within 24 hours then you must pay for the Royal Mail next-day service and we must receive your order by 1pm for Next Day Delivery. We cannot apply this to the lacquered Brass as the lacquer needs 24 hours to dry, therefore a lacquered brass plaque by Special Delivery will take 2 days. If selecting this service, please phone us when placing the order.

Royal Mail Delivery Policy.

Once we have completed your order you will be notified via an email that we have posted your item.

In the event that your item does not reach you within the Royal Mail delivery timescales, Royal Mail won’t consider an item of mail to be lost until 15 working days from the date it was due to be delivered or ten days for items sent by special delivery.

Returns

We do not accept any returns for items that have been incorrectly engraved UNLESS we have made this error with your text requirements as specified with your order, in which case we will offer a complete replacement or a full refund. It is important to make sure your text is accurate.

Before we offer a replacement or refund you must return the goods to us by using Royal Mail Recorded delivery.

Please note:

FONT CHOICES.

When choosing engraving fonts Please be aware that if you choose a script font the Capital letters take on a different appearance to lower case letters. Please also note that Zach Chancery font will appear as if there is a gap between the cursive letters such as letters f, g, y and l.

When using pay pal to pay for your goods please ensure you have updated your delivery address on pay pal

When sending us your text requirements you must ensure that your Capitalisation is as you would like it and all your spelling is correct. We Do Not Check the Spelling of words as everybody spells things differently. So please ensure you have spelled things how you would like them. Since we cut and paste your text requirements into our systems, we are unable to correct spelling errors after they have been engraved.
